“We are really happy with our son's decision to live at Eagles West. The office staff is kind, patient, thorough and extremely friendly. They always respond and answer questions quickly. Plus the location of the apartment is perfect! Love it”
“Assisted my daughter with her move in and I love this facility! Everything was clean, nice and organized… April in the office was very nice and informative and was able to assist us with all of our needs!”
“I love living here. The people here are really nice and welcoming and my roommates and I get along really well. Rent is pretty fair and the amenities included are great! The grove is also pet friendly and encourages its residents to bring pets(they even held an adoption event last year)”
“Great location, great amenities, and even better people. The pool and gym are awesome, and it’s super close to campus. I’ve had a really good experience here!”
“First apartment ever and the only way you’ll see my review is with a great rating. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The only rude person is Brittany. Everyone else was alright. If you are a college kid, Great place to split pricing but you can find something better with better appliances and people that want to fix up the place and not rig it to look good. They will not fix it they’ll rig it. There’s mold growing everywhere and all they do is paint over it. I discovered this in my closet once I started to move. Really review your apartment before agreeing to anything but 10/10 wouldn’t recommend”
“Lived here for 3 years in college and absolutely loved it. Cute and quaint little college gated community with a ton of amenities. Anytime I had an issue the staff were super helpful both in person and on the phone. If I could do it all over again I’d still chose to live at creekside!”
“I've lived here for 18 months, and overall, it's worth the price. The experience largely depends on your roommates. With a good roommate, it can be one of the best places to live. However, issues may arise if pets are involved, there's smoking, or if a couple is sharing a room.
For my case, initially, they refused my request to change my room until the end of my first contract, and I had to renew it since I couldn't find another place. Eventually, they changed my room without charging the usual $250 fee, which was very helpful. The management is understanding, and the staff are nice. The place is safe; I never noticed any threats during my stay.
A security shuttle stops at the Research Park, almost in front of the complex, and there's a bus stop inside the complex. Unfortunately, there are no buses on weekends, which makes a challenge if you don't have a car.
SimpleBills manages utility bills and sometimes charges more than actual usage as many residents report. However, compared to other apartments and realties in Auburn, SimpleBills takes less money.
The maintenance team responds quite quickly if you submit a request on the Beacon website.”
“My roommate and I have been here about a month now, and it’s definitely a nice complex all around. We’ve only had a few minor issues involving the cleanliness/upkeep of the apartment when we first moved in, and with our kitchen appliances. Helpful tip we found out though about the dish washer: if it isn’t working, switch on both, or just one, of the light switches up that are near the sink! All in all though, both my roommate and I have enjoyed it here so far, and the location of the apartment complex is great as well.”
“I have absolutely loved living at Two21. It's a great location, offers high quality amenities, and the staff is so easy to work with. Maintenance is quick and efficient and the amenities are always nice and clean. I have been very pleased with my time at Two21.”
