Hands down the most friendly staff and best maintenance. Made sophomore year so nice with the spacious rooms and closets. Don’t miss out, very underrated.

When I first moved in summer of 2021, I paid extra for early move in and when I got there, the apartment was empty and not ready at all. However, I haven’t had any issues since. When my air conditioner broke they fixed it in two days, and they are always quick with any and all maintenance requests.

I love the grove!! The office is extremely helpful and our apartment was so clean when moving in. Almost done with our first semester and I have no complaints. :)
