I am actually considering going to another financial institution that is NOT so inconvenient and will NOT place holds on established accounts in good standing. I have worked in credit unions and banks so I understand the idealogy behind holds, but your use of holds is getting ridiculous and I may be a past customer soon.”

I attempted to use the Opelika branch, but the staff, to include the bank manager, made me feel like they could not wait for me to leave. In no way did they attempt to assist. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided it was best I leave.
My mother wanted to use Cadence Bank, so I elected to try the Auburn branch. I was welcomed and my banking and investment needs were addressed.
I strongly recommend you not make assumptions. My skin is brown; however, my money is green.”
