“Mr. Jenkins and Kameron are great. PNC have a great staff and have wonderful customer service. The best I've seen in a long time from a major bank in our local community. The young woman went out of way to open the door for me several times and continued to speak to me in such a manner that was so professional and warming from an African American young female was refreshing and needs to be adapted across the board. The young teller was so patient and she was so sweet. There may be just a few workers working but customer service and professionalism is key in everything that you do!! Keep up the excellent work!!”
