The truck was in transit and she gave me weekly updates. We even went back and forth discussing pricing, accessories, and the urgency of me needing a truck. I'm about to move away and I kind of needed the truck to help tow. No one else withing 100 miles had the same truck at the same price point. Christy called me informing me about the delivery. “As much as I hate to say it, I am a frequent flyer. all of my wrecks have happened in the driveway. I have used Reyes before and they were good, but I understand that they are under new ownership and my recent experience with them has been absolutely exceptional. They got my car into service quickly, more quickly than the former owners did. They actually sent me a text every day to give me an update on my car and I got phone calls about every other day to give me updates . As much as I would like to hope that I don’t need them again, I probably will and I will definitely use them!”

I was really impressed with the customer service from scheduling by phone, communicating with the assigned service individual (Roger Cunningham & Sterling) who explained everything to me about the service!
