“AWESOME SERVICE!!! I am so grateful for Danielle and V helping me out just now! I literally came across the street from the mall lot because my car was idling weird and I know how bad my oil leaks so I checked and of course it’s EMPTY!!! I had oil in the trunk like half quart left but I couldn’t get the oil cap off myself to add it in the car, so I was thinking “ok what can I do? I have to get to work soon” and then I remembered Mavis is right here across the street (since I’d just gotten my tires done here recently) so I turned the car on and PRAYED it wasn’t as bad as it looked, pulled up right in front and went inside to ask if they would mind helping me get the cap off so I could top it up real quick …. and she came outside right away with me and popped it off herself!! They went out of their way to help me make sure my car was taken care of properly and LAST MINUTE!!! Then Danielle even offered me the quart of oil so I didn’t have to go to Walmart and get another one. 🥹 Thank you thank you thank you!!!”

I can’t say enough good things about the salesman who helped me with my new truck. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right truck and, more importantly, the right deal. He was aggressive in working the numbers, negotiating on my behalf, and finding every possible way to make the deal work without making me feel pressured.

“Needed a tire patched on a Saturday but every shop I called was closed or behind with no availability for days. Chandler at Gray’s answered immediately, told me to head right over, and the guys in the back were working on it in <5mins.
Also, didn’t realize I didn’t have my wallet or any cards until I arrived. I asked if they could do a manually entry they quickly said they’d be “happy to take care of it” and insisted I not worry about returning later with payment.
Between their team working me in so quickly AND their generosity to get me back on the road at no charge this visit, I’ll only be using their team for any and all my car needs moving forward!

“My first time with them was unique! Their service time& price with replacing my starter was very quick and they were very communicative! If you’re in a bind and can’t afford the egregious prices that most automotive shops charge highly recommend! Staff were very warm and friendly as well. However, about 50 seconds after picking up my car and leaving my gas pedal completely stopped working and my car wouldn’t accelerate at all and I was in the middle of traffic!! I was VERY lucky to be near a turn off I’d never had this happen before! After parking my car I immediately called them and told them what’d happened, they sent a mechanic over to me on foot immediately! He was very apologetic and fixed the problem right then and there, I was too panicked to ask for his name so I could give him another thank you on here! He said something about the cable for the gas hadn’t been tight enough and disconnected. I appreciate the service and understanding I received but I hope in the future this doesn’t happen to anyone else.”
“Great service but even better staff, super friendly, transparent, and upfront. They gave me an initial quote based on estimated time, ordered original parts (made sure to show me the packages and old pieces), and stuck to the initial quote even after surpassing the original estimated time. It's clear that John does this because he loves motorcycles, not for the sake of turning a profit. After the pieces arrived, it took him just one day to complete the work. He washed the bike, cleaned the tires, and all, making it very clear that my bike was very well treated there. Definitely coming back!”

Most recently, I brought my car in for what I thought was a coolant leak. They pressure tested it and confirmed no repairs were needed. I really appreciate their honesty. They also use Liqui Moly oil, offer good hourly rates, allow you to bring your own performance parts if you prefer, and even recommend other trusted shops for things like paintless dent repair.
Appointments for routine service are best scheduled a few weeks in advance, which speaks to the strong reputation they have built and the steady demand for their work. Overall, they are top notch people who provide top notch service. I highly recommend them.”
“I was on my way to Gulf Shores AL on a Saturday when my car broke down. I called and Mark answered and assured me they could get it fixes for me. After getting it towed to his shop he got it fixed in around 3 hours and I was able to get on with my vacation. I can say they ate very honest and great people. They didn't overcharge me. “Where to start. First, I found the Lynch dealership through Sam's Club TrueCar. Once I received a price quote, I called over and got connected with Christy. Super awesome gal! The truck was in transit and she gave me weekly updates. We even went back and forth discussing pricing, accessories, and the urgency of me needing a truck. I'm about to move away and I kind of needed the truck to help tow. No one else withing 100 miles had the same truck at the same price point. Christy called me informing me about the delivery. After a few days, we headed over and made the deal. I expressed that I needed this deal to be quick as I had to pick up my kid from school. Everyone hustled trying to accommodate my timeline.
