Courtyard Auburn is a great option for staying in Auburn, serving as a great base for activities with an easy drive to campus. The facility is new and nice, with a pleasant lobby featuring a Starbucks. Guests love the fire pit, the bar area that stays open late, the pool, and the hot breakfast. The rooms are a good size and have everything needed, including amenities like microwaves, mini fridges, and comfortable, cozy beds. Service has shown significant improvement, with front desk staff described as friendly, welcoming, attentive, and providing excellent, outstanding hospitality. Many guests report a great and enjoyable experience and would definitely stay again. However, some guests report issues with cleanliness, noting that housekeeping sometimes does the bare minimum. Problems mentioned include unclean carpets, stained sofas and showers, leaking fixtures, slow-draining showers, and trash left in rooms. Some rooms near the laundry room may vibrate during cycles. There are also minor facility notes: some doors can be difficult to lock or open, parking on the front incline can scrape vehicles, and the glass entrance doors and windows require caution. Despite these points, many find it a pleasant stay and plan to return.
We enjoyed our stay. Really enjoyed the fire pit. Only thing, rooms near the laundry room will vibrate like a cruise ship does for a few minutes while they are washing and drying. But all good.

This is a great option for staying in Auburn. Love the lobby and Starbucks there. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need. We stayed for one night of parents weekend and it was a great base for our activities. Easy to get in and out and a quick drive to campus. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are dated. Front desk not friendly. Noise from adjacent room kept us up until 2am
