“Jenny, Brailey and their team were the epitome of customer service! Everything from answering questions to cooking a delicious breakfast, they made our daughter’s wedding weekend a smashing success! All of our family/friends who stayed with us raved about the location, the ambience and the service so much they are eager to come back! It felt like we were at home during the Christmas holidays. ?

Thank you Crenshaw Guest House for an unforgettable weekend! We will definitely be back ❤️”

“Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless with a very nice bathroom and walk in shower. The coffee bar and Italian restaurant attached were delicious and well priced. The location is perfect, just on the edge of campus across from the library. Would certainly recommend!!”

“We had a wonderful two-night stay just wrap up. The location couldn’t be better, right adjacent to campus and restaurants. The hotel is charming and very well—appointed, and all of the coziness of a boutique hotel but with a rooftop bar. Comfortable and clean, but shows the cool history of the building. The owner was very welcoming and sweet during our stay- authentic hospitality. Definitely check out Staks, the breakfast restaurant 5 min away for a great meal as well.”

“Best bar in Auburn and I frequent anytime I’m in town. Stylish decor, tasty drinks and friendly Auburn-loving staff. The holiday decor on the rooftop was adorable and made for great pics.”

“The general manager Laponya is a treasure. She is so warm and welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable as she answered all my questions. She cared for all my concerns with the utmost courtesy and attention. I will most definitely be extending my stay. I think she is a valuable asset and very, very charming. Housekeeping is extremely attentive and amenable. All in all, Inn Town and Suites is a luxurious find if you're in the area.”

“Room was great- but we had an issue with the toilet in the bathroom and it took until the next day to get it resolved. Certain members of the front desk team did not seem to be interested in getting it resolved sooner”

“Just stayed one night, but rooms were clean and front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was available but we didn't try anything. They are in the process of renovations but we had no issues with noise. Only complaint was that the floor of the elevator is mid-remodel and let a little sketchy.”

“I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment. I travel for a living, and I have stayed at much more expensive places that were not as clean. This bed was so comfortable, the pillows are actually pillows that don't sink to the bed when you lay your head down. I like that they don't have carpet in their rooms. Most hotel carpets are disgusting. I don't usually stay at hotels that have doors on the outside, but this location is by Auburn University and is in a safe and quiet area. I was very impressed with the customer service and with my stay.Rooms: Microwave AND mini-fridge!! Very comfortable beds, great pillows. Super clean, no carpet, desk, chair, granite counter on vanity, very clean bathroom.Safety: In a safe, quiet area.”

“It's better than nothing, but definitely isn't 5 stars. I couldn't pull my curtains all the way closes because that's how they were built, which defeats the purpose of a curtain. Also, idk if it's me or not, but the blankets are itchy.”

“My son is an Auburn Student.. This is our go to place for short trips. Very clean, comfortable and roomy! The staff are super nice and there is a small morning breakfast. The location is perfect and for the price you can't beat it!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Really enjoyed the fire pit. Only thing, rooms near the laundry room will vibrate like a cruise ship does for a few minutes while they are washing and drying. But all good.”

“This hotel was super clean. Rooms don't have closets just hanging options which was a drawback. The breakfast isn't as elaborate as other chains but the Jimmy Dean biscuit sandwiches were hot and tasty, the yogurt was perfect. I was missing an iron but the front desk provided one. The best parts of the stay: the fresh grinding digital coffee makers and the water dispenser that also dispenses sparkling water! Awesome!”

“It was alright and convenient when we needed a surprise place to stay at 3am. Kinda moldy in the showers. The bedding was alright but there were stains on the bedding and on the towels. Not a lot but you could tell they were stains. The sink and countertops were really clean though! They have breakfast there as well between 6:30-9:30am. Didn’t see a single bug dead or alive the entire time I was there so that’s a good sign”
