“The manager there is named Steve. I was supposed to pick up a truck Wednesday afternoon on a one-way rental. I could not get there that afternoon so Steve held the truck for me until the next morning. There are not many people in the service field anymore that really offers good service. This place over and Beyond. If he had not held the truck for me, the difference between this truck and someone else's was about $600. If I am in the Auburn area again and need to rent a truck, I won't even consider renting from anyone but this place.”
“These people are wonderful! I needed in a pinch, I happen to come at the right time, because they are always full. Stayed there for a few years while my husband and I moved in with family to care for them. They always understood when times were rough and made sure everything went smoothly. “So, sigh , bigggggg sigh . I booked a storage unit back in March at 1412 Opelika (from the amazing reviews) so I thought, well we drove 6 hours to pack my daughter out for the summer. Im thinking everything should be easy. We'll we get to the storage at night , the ceiling is sagging (moldy) damage on the frame so rodents can get in. I was highly frustrated but I'm aware that this isn't the fault of the young lady that I was dealing with which was Nicole Jackson she was amazing and very helpful, not allowing this situation to just be a another here's a refund now go find another place type of situation. The issue was rectified and I appreciate you Nicole very much so.”
