“The manager there is named Steve. I was supposed to pick up a truck Wednesday afternoon on a one-way rental. I could not get there that afternoon so Steve held the truck for me until the next morning. There are not many people in the service field anymore that really offers good service. This place over and Beyond. If he had not held the truck for me, the difference between this truck and someone else's was about $600. If I am in the Auburn area again and need to rent a truck, I won't even consider renting from anyone but this place.”

Stayed there for a few years while my husband and I moved in with family to care for them. They always understood when times were rough and made sure everything went smoothly.
