“Manager Traci is the BEST!!!! I walked in shocked because UPS shipping wanted to charge me $57 for ONE shipping box. Traci had the perfect box at the perfect price and even brought it to my car!!!!! She cares very much about providing the best customer service experience. I would absolutely return to this location for all my storage and shipping supplies. Thanks Traci!”

“Mrs. Amesha would was so helpful with getting a uhaul rented to me. I got there around 1 and realized I left my driver's license at home. I saw they closed at 2 and I was hoping to get back in time and she was so patient when I got back, 20 min before she was supposed to get off. she handled my rental in such a sweet and swift manner. I was in and out of there.”

“I was going through some personal issues and I had to store some things with Sun Self Storage. I was not living in the area for a couple months. I told management my situation and each time a bill came out not only did they mail but; she made sure I was aware of any and everything about my storage. I failed behind with payments a couple times and she went above and beyond to help me with my bill and my personal belongings. I recommend Sun Self Storage for all your storage needs.”

“Temperature Controlled is the best. They don't claim climate controlled but frankly, temperature controlled is most important in Auburn and Opelika where humidity is the culprit. Sharon and the gang are great to work with! Buy local! (locally owned not a corporation).”
