“I have two daughters. We rent a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. Both girls have had a wonderful experience living there. Its a perfect location. Walking distance to the university and to college street. Highly recommend!”
“The Union is a great place to live! I have just finished my freshman year at Auburn and would visit friends there and the rooms and apartment complex is exceptionally nice. I'm living here next year. I do have one concern which is the parking garage gate. Will that ever get fixed? Just asking for a security concern-overall pretty great!”
“I love the grove. Last year I lived in a house on the other side of town and it was awful, the renters company was terribly rude and unhelpful. The Grove has been a completely different story. Getting my lease signed was quick and easy, my apartment is way bigger than I expected, the help portal is pretty good, and maintenance is decently fast. Overall this has been a way better experience and I’ve already renewed for next year!”

Maintenance is great- they are always here to fix any issues within 24 hours of putting in a request. Leasing office staff are extremely friendly and always make my day”
“Moved in last week.The room is in good condition and minor repairs were addressed immediately. My unit is freshly painted as well. After cleaning I can say I am pretty comfortable. Waiting on the renovations to finish so I can explore further the amenities. Seems like a good area, with supermarket and gym in a walkable distance. Of course tiger transit in the complex. So far, so good.”
