“Lived here for two years and loved it (I lived in the renovated 1 bedroom). At college apartment complexes, management is often terrible but I can say that the management at Eagles West has been fantastic (at least when I was here from 2024-2026). You can tell by the building style that EW is old but it is updated and managed well. Maintenance responds extremely fast and does a good job. I only had two somewhat negative experiences here: Sometimes maintenance would track some dirt/grass into the apartment, and at one point when they did something that required some drilling, the surfaces in my bedroom were covered in a layer of dust and I had to take a few hours to clean everything. When I moved in back in 2024, the interiors of my tub and toilet were filled with dried sewage water due to a previous person in the building flushing unflushable items. However, when I told management, they sent maintenance almost immediately and got it fixed by the next day. They offered to pay for a hotel as well.”

“The Union is a great place to live! I have just finished my freshman year at Auburn and would visit friends there and the rooms and apartment complex is exceptionally nice. I'm living here next year. I do have one concern which is the parking garage gate. Will that ever get fixed? Just asking for a security concern-overall pretty great!”

“I love the grove. Last year I lived in a house on the other side of town and it was awful, the renters company was terribly rude and unhelpful. The Grove has been a completely different story. Getting my lease signed was quick and easy, my apartment is way bigger than I expected, the help portal is pretty good, and maintenance is decently fast. Overall this has been a way better experience and I’ve already renewed for next year!”

“Previously known as “The Beacon” while I was there for 3 years. Management change happened, property name changed to “The Quarters Auburn” and so far everything has gone in an upward motion and I had no complaints during my lease duration. The staff of this property do their jobs efficiently. Maintenance always helping and fixing things in a timely fashion with the issue being resolved. Dallas is one of the agents that really helped me with my move out process. Really appreciate the assistance this guy provided and really is a great fit for that property. Real professional and great at solving issues in a timely fashion. Ashley also is top tier with her work ethics. Great fit for the property as well. Overall this place is good for the price. They have a lot of renovation being done now and the property really is coming along. Area is nice, quiet, security at night. Lots of parking space for residents and visitors/guests. 3-5 mins away from Auburn University campus (traffic varies timeframe occasionally) Give this place a tour and go check it out. **Other people experiences varies** - War Eagle”
