“Best student housing experience I've had in Auburn so far! Beautiful property, super friendly staff. Office is always so polite and helpful, and maintenance always goes above and beyond!”

“Incredible location close to campus, especially convenient on game days. Maintenance is fast and efficient with requests and the staff is all-around friendly and helpful. Gets a little bit dusty and moldy pretty quickly, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from an apartment in the south. Highly recommend! I feel like i’m living in a beach condo.”

“Really nice rooms and living rooms. Like living there but the WiFi can be really bad but a Ethernet cable helps. Genuinely like living there just hope that big screen by the pool will start working when it gets to spring.”

“This place is honestly really great for the price. You can bring friends with you to lease the other rooms separate from yours or meet new people!! This place is great for students as it’s a first stop location for tiger transit and a school bus comes by across the road for kids. They are always trying to make you as comfortable as possible. They can’t control who your roomate will be other than boy or girl. Honestly all and all it’s great! Staff is really sweet and if something’s not working you can expect something be done about it the next morning. There’s always a few bumps in the road when you go into any student housing but honestly it’s been nice!! The management is really nice too. Just don’t be rude and be polite and you will get all the help you need for yourself or your child!”

“First apartment ever and the only way you’ll see my review is with a great rating. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The only rude person is Brittany. Everyone else was alright. If you are a college kid, Great place to split pricing but you can find something better with better appliances and people that want to fix up the place and not rig it to look good. They will not fix it they’ll rig it. There’s mold growing everywhere and all they do is paint over it. I discovered this in my closet once I started to move. Really review your apartment before agreeing to anything but 10/10 wouldn’t recommend”

“Honestly a pretty decent apartment system for your buck. I got it for about 750 a month, and it comes with free water as part of the rent, along with a kitchen and washer and dryer. Each bedroom gets their own walk in closet and full bathroom as well which is great. My only two complaints might be that the washer and dryer are loud and the internet in my room is not very fast. Also maintenance comes relatively fast and I’ve never seen a bill for it, so I wonder if it’s free?”

“Moved in Aug after Cambridge closed down, it was hectic but the staff were very helpful in getting my daughter setup with an apartment with her roommate. Since it was all rushed our apartment needed cleaned before we could move in but they took care of it right away. Property has been quiet and safe.”

“Next year I will be a 3rd year resident at the uncommon and I couldn’t be happier! I have had an amazing experience living here. The community is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities, from the pool to the fitness center are top-notch. Prime location with minimal noise at all times. Elevators are always working and the space is always clean. Maintenance is very prompt but issues are very rare! I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. Highly recommend!”

“First, faults can be found anywhere. As a tenant my family or I could post those, but almost every issue we have had over the past year has been dealt with quickly. My BIGGEST complaint that I would bring up publicly is the issue with "gated" security. It seems like Creekside has repaired/replaced the arm for the gate 8 times over the last year. My suggestion, post a sign stating the property is under surveillance, and install security cameras or trail cams in strategic locations. Without a sign the footage may be inadmissible in court, but with the sign it could possibly deter the crime, or with cameras bring the culprits to justice.”
