“PetVet is amazing! The vet and staff are so friendly and helpful, and they even stayed open after hours to help my cat. The vet (I wish I caught his name, but he was amazing!) throughly discussed my care options, and they went the extra mile by contacting my pet insurance company for direct payment! They are a fear free clinic, and had my very anxious cat purring during her xray. She is usually very anxious at vets, but seemed way more relaxed. Overall, an amazing vet clinic with wonderful staff. I definitely will be taking my cat here in the future, and will be recommending PetVet to anyone looking for a vet.”

“I was surprised and deeply saddened that Auburns Veterinarian Hospital delayed treatment on a life and death situation with a Dog my Nieces beloved pet because of Money!?? They wanted it up front ! and delayed the procedure until they were satisfied with compensation ! they were willing to let the Dog Die!!! I was saddened and shocked??!!! Money can always be worked out!!! plus my Niece was looking to pay $600.00 up front!? But! the thought!? of Life or Death! over Money????!!!! to save a precious Life!!!????”

“I just wanted to give an update on my baby. She was seen on 1/29/25 for pelvic fractures and dislocated hips. She is a 2 1/2 year old chiweenie who was full of like and love before the accident. My husband and I didn't think twice about driving to the small animal hospital to get her the help that we were told only they could provide. The surgery was successful but we were told that she may never be 100%, possibly not even 80%. She may have a limp, may not run very well, we already knew that as long as she could live the rest of her life happy, those things didn't matter. Fast forward 11 months to today, this baby is 100% and has been for over 7 months! She runs, she plays and ruffhouses with her sister, she is HAPPIER THAN EVER! She has NO limp, NO problems running, clinging stairs, jumping( which we try not to let her do anyway). The medical team was AMAZING! The only thing left to prove her surgery, other than the screw, is a scar on her left hip. Lillie Rose Carr and her fur parents want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone involved in her care while she was there. Even if you only sat with her during her recovery. I will forever be greatful to you all for letting me keep my baby, and allowing her to be able to live a full, unlimited, very happy life.”

We will definitely recommend this clinic for holistic, safe, and effective treatment. The Dr. Has a lot of experience with dachshunds.”

“We have been going to Parkway for perhaps 20 years. We feel when we take our dogs there for treatment or boarding that they are cared for as if they were home. Their medical knowledge is high as are all accommodations to make the visit as easy as possible. The veterinarians spend time and fully explain all options without a sense of rushing you along. The staff is always pleasant and caring.We have great confidence in Parkway to care for our pets.”

They explain procedures, cost, and help in making difficult decisions as they occur in pet care. It has changed hands several times but always seamlessly. The current ownership is easily maintaining its high standards. We have complete trust in their care of our pets when they need medical attention or boarding.”

“Dr. Haley was fantastic. She took the time to answer all of my (many) questions, never made me feel rushed, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. My dog’s surgery went great, and his recovery has been exactly what she told me to expect, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the whole process. Also, everyone at the clinic was incredibly friendly and patient every time I called or came in. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and the people bringing them in. Really appreciate everything they did, and I’d absolutely trust Haley and the team with my dog again.”

“We've taken our kitten there twice for well checks. They offered tests that we didn't even know about. When we went in they almost immediately whisked kitty away and took good care of him (evaluated, vaccines, fecal exam, nail trims)and there were treats involved. ? I cant speak for a true emergency though. We just adopted a another kitten and will be taking her here too. The staff here are wonderful. They are very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that they only see small animals.”
