“Holy cow never have I been so impressed with the customer service at a grocery store!!! Every employee I walked by said hello and offered help. Everything was extremely clean. The cashier and bagger were so friendly! I was a bit taken off guard with the friendliness because I just moved here today and never been to this store. The lady who helped bag my groceries then took my groceries to my car- I was like HUHHH I've never had been offered this at any store. I told her it was okay and that I can get it and thanked her, but she insisted it's no problem and just proceeded to do it. I was honestly stunned LOL esp. because it was a smaller purchase and I am a young, able person. I was like wow either it's this particular Publix that is esp. great with customer service or people in Alabama are just that friendly or BOTH ha. This was Tues June 14th at around 7:55PM and the cashier was Evans. I didn't catch the lady's name who bagged and took my items to my car, but she was helping the cashier.”
