I suffer from chronic breathing problems so this made it worse. The secretary as if I wanted to set in the office which I thought was so polite. On the same day I reported this they had a serviceman there that evening, which quickly repaired my ac. I just wanted to say Thank You”
“I recently moved to Alabama from Ohio and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live at Meadow Wood Apartments. Carolyn the property manager was so nice personable and professional. From the time I toured the property to actually moving she has been so helpful. The grounds are kept up, it’s quiet, my apartment is cozy and just perfect for me. Carolyn is quick to respond to any maintenance requests and issues. We have monthly residential events in the community room and everything is provided by the office. If your looking to move or new to Alabama like me, and want a great place to live with great amenities, professional property management give Meadow a try you won’t be disappointed.”
“It’s my 3rd year here and the best part is the maintenance team as everyone has noted. I haven’t had many experiences with the office bc my calls usually go to voicemail, I can’t say that I've had many follow ups. I complete Maintenance request online and someone is usually here within 24hours or less, they are always nice and I hope the office knows how they are the glue to this whole place. As for the building the walls are paper THIN! I literally hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes who walks/stomps around all day! I also stay on the 1st floor and all the stumping up the steps can be a lot as well. I would recommend staying on the 2nd floor to fully enjoy your stay. I Haven’t had many issues with pest as that was my biggest non negotiable. This will probably be my last year but I have lived comfortably so it served its purpose. .”

“I have only moved into this complex recently, but the kindness the team has offered and their fast action to our concerns is very welcoming. No apartment is perfect, and we are aware of any problems with the unit isn’t their doing, yet they still have quickly took record of any concerns and have been working to make our home comfortable for us.
If there is anything that has made my experience here stand out, it’s Darlene! She’s the sweetest employee and has really provided us assistance and guidance along the way. She’s very knowledgeable and offers great guidance. So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at highpointe, I will provide a more thorough review once my time here is up, but I would recommend this complex if you are needing a place to live, simple because of the amazing staff!”

I moved here over a year ago, after my divorce and had never lived in an apartment before.
It is safe, well lit at night, grounds are well kept, and pools are amazing. NO COMPLAINTS.
