“I live out of state and use this apartment complex while I work in Alabama. I lived here from 2018 to 2020 when I left and was reassigned to Alabama in 2023 I came directly back to Royal Oaks for the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness. Very few children and mostly young and Middle Age adults.
Anytime you have a problem the maintenance crew are on top of it. My neighbors are so cool I really enjoy living here. I have no complaints.”

“They have been more than helpful and accommodating. Problems are fixed quickly and accurately. Very good location great school and u can’t beat the price. It’s quiet during the day and night, and you can let your kids just be kids. No car or home break ins. No roaches, mice. No trash pileup they come on time twice a week. They outside is maintained very well. It’s not hard getting anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. I’d recommend anyone who is looking for a safe place to live with decent pricing and a great area.”
