“I went into the 280 location earlier this week looking for an adjustable base for my Mother in law. Andrew greeted me as soon as I walked into the door. I explained what I wanted. He showed Several options. Once I decided which one I wanted I told him that I didn’t need it that day. Because we would be moving into our house in late June. I asked if I could pay for it over the phone. He gave me his card along with his cell number and told me to call him. I did just that. He remembered me and what I wanted. Took my payment and took the time to not only email me a receipt but also texted it to me. Andrew, I really can’t thank you enough! Good customer service is a thing of the past these days.
