“I arrived shortly before closing, and I was having trouble getting my color print job sent to the store email for printing. It would have been very easy for Elijah, the store employee, just to tell me “sorry” that it was time for him to close up shop. But instead, he was extremely patient with me and walked me through the process of getting the document to him so that he could print it (despite it then being well after their regular hours). Very much appreciated his help in getting me ready for my presentation the next day! He went above and beyond!”
