“If you want great customer service, come here. Prices are also the most competitive in the area. Most things are equal to or slightly less than what you'd pay from an online store (when you factor in shipping, tax, and age verification costs/signature delivery). Brad is a great guy and has always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's always taken the time to explain a new product if I have any questions. I never take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was truly deserved in this case. Being in QA/QC myself, I can appreciate a company that stands behind it's products and resolves issues quickly. I just want to say a big thank you to the guys and gals at Vape Escape Bessemer for taking care of the customers!”
