I have only been with AZ storage for one month The reservation, paperwork completion and move in all went as smoothly as possible however, during the reservation process I declined insurance on my unit but was still charged for the insurance.. I'm working on getting that resolved now but otherwise it's been a great experience!

The place is clean safe easy excess to your storage. The people are professional and friendly even though I have never meet them. I spoke to them over the phone only. The price is a bit higher than uhaul but worth it. I'll be telling all my family and friends about them. It's great to have options. 🙂
