Advance Auto Parts is a clean and well-organized store where the staff is consistently described as nice, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. Customers appreciate not being ignored and report receiving great assistance with part selection and using services like same-day driveway delivery. The ability to borrow tools is also a noted benefit. While most experiences are positive, there was an isolated report of an employee adding unrequested items to a bill, which was corrected. What a great place to visit. We went to buy a battery for my friend's 4 runner. They immediately came and checked our vehicle and the old white guy even replaced our battery by him self. Huge respect to the people who are working there.
