He gave me a quote on the vehicle and value of our trade. We drove over from Georgia on Saturday morning and Don had the vehicle out front and ready to drive. While on the test drive they looked over our trade. When we decided to purchase it took less than 15 minutes to do all the paperwork and we were out the door. Truly amazing! “Cool urban layout with a garage built on a slight hillside and a series of ramps to move the vehicles around inside the garage. Three distinct levels and maybe five doors and everything is a ramp. Oh, and an absolutely fabulous ceiling fan the size of a helicopter rotor, which it might be and likely is.”

“Just left here. The younger guy working was super helpful and friendly. He immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in. He even walked out to look at my car to make sure he sold me the right parts. Based on him, I’d give 5 stars. Sadly, however, upon leaving the store as I was going out the EXIT, the older man that works there slung the exit door open from outside thus sounding off an alarm, entering the store thru the exit and about ran into me as I was leaving without saying excuse me or anything. Extremely rude!!!! Sad how one person can ruin what was otherwise a good experience.”

“I had a bad experience at the AutoZone in Forestdale and decided to try O'Reilly, which is located across the highway. I walked into O'Reilly Auto Parts in Forestdale and was greeted with a smile and "How may I help you?" The entire team of professional auto parts specialists...Mack, Joe, Keith, Shenequa, the tall gray-haired White gentleman, and the 20-something year-old Black, young lady who wears the eye glasses are always on top of their game. I have been to this location a few times within the last year, helping my youngest son get somethings for his car and I am always pleased with their customer service. The team of professionals at the Forestdale location really works hard to welcome and meet the auto part needs of their customers.”

“Ken Moye the owner and lead body repairman also doubles as a knowledgeable and thorough automotive mechanic. Since Ken does most of the work himself, he can't take all work. So if you're fortunate enough to be able to leave your vehicle with him, he will fix it properly and stand behind his work.”

“My family and I were traveling back to New Orleans from my sister-in-law's wedding in Nashville, and our truck's serpentine belt and idler pulley broke. We were totally stranded with our two babies and a dead truck, six hours from home. It was after closing time, and my husband called multiple repair shops, but no one would help us. Magic City Auto Works came to the rescue! We had our truck towed over to Magic City Auto Works and were back on the road within hours. We were able to get home safely because of their kindness (and didn't go into debt because of their fair prices)!”
“I drove to AL to drop my daughter and her car off for her freshmen year at Bama. We found the rim bent and loosing a bit of air on the way to the airport and we’re told to go here. I drove by to make payment for a replacement explaining that my daughter would come back after dropping me off for my flight. She returned and they were able to hammer the rim back into place and did it for free. Such kindness for lack of profit is rare and much appreciated.”
