When calling this bank they answer the phone super fast & place you on hold so long until you hang up (which is probably what they want) Then when going into the branch for transactions the shared system is always down.

Jessica and Jeff at the Homewood Branch are awesome. Both of them are seasoned veterans in the credit union industry. Both are very professional and go ABOVE & BEYOND their job.
