The Apple Store at The Summit is one of the most polished and efficient retail experiences in Birmingham. From the moment you step inside, the clean, modern layout and bright lighting make the space feel open and inviting. Products are displayed in a way that encourages hands-on exploration, and the store’s organization makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for—whether it’s the latest iPhone, a MacBook upgrade, or accessories.

Had a pickup scheduled. Took less than 5 minutes to walk in and walk out with a new iPhone.

After getting my phone fixed Fred gave me someone else's phone by mistake, after driving 1.5 hours back home he called and told me to bring it back and he would give me a brand new iPhone 17pro. After driving all the way back he told me he would call me and let me know when to come get my new phone. After weeks of hearing nothing I tried calling them and they told me that I'm not getting a new phone. What was the point of telling me that then? Just to talk me into making another 3 hour round trip?

Buyer beware I purchased a AI chat bot app from apple with a lifetime membership for $164.24 and in less than 30 days they remove the app I received a message saying to contact Apple for my refund. I called Apple stayed on the phone for two hours with no resolution the message clearly states that Apple remove the app and to contact Apple for my refund I was told there was nothing they can do and they would not be refunding my money buyer beware this is fraud scam and false advertising I also have contacted the Better Business Bureau to report them

Rell, the specialist, was very helpful and managed to find a misplaced purchase that my parents left behind/misplaced in the store. He was able to refund the item over the phone, and saved us tons of time not having to drive 3h back to the store!

I got there at 12:15 pm , and was told that I had roughly a 40 minute wait . I didn’t get seen until 2:45 pm , and my issue went unresolved . I was later told by a stranger at a gas station to simply reboot my phone , and my issues were solved 😡

Went here to get my computer fixed. They were busy and scheduled me for the next day. I ended up canceling because I found out what was wrong with my computer. They seemed nice though.

As a truck driver getting to an Apple Store is very tedious, so I truly appreciated the service provided during my visit. To start A’vain immediately initiated contact to see if I was being helped( which never happens at Huntsville location for whatever reason). Very personable, diligent and professional getting me checked in. In a continuation of the excellent service Cory was a Godsend on helping me get my AirPod situation taking care off, amazing job. Overall great experience Thanks

Strangest interaction today with 4 employees. We walked in a very busy store and were asked by an employee if we knew what we wanted- we did. So we were told to wait at a table for another lady to check us out (who already had a line of about 6 people). We stood there and another young woman came to us saying she could just get us checked out faster since she didn’t have any customers in line. Out of nowhere the initial employee butted in and basically tried insisting that we stay in line- which was absolutely pointless. Mind you, the lady with 6 customers is side eyeing us as we wait for her to get to us??? Out of nowhere another employee comes and gets us situated. Very tiresome experience today. Not sure if the employees get commission based on their sales but it definitely seems like they were all in competition today which is very annoying. Hopefully I won’t have to go back to this location. We left with our desired device but it doesn’t seem worth the headache.

Shaw-Nae was the rudest Apple employee I have ever encountered. Terrible attitude for no reason.

It’s not the glitz or shiny tech or scary prices to counter those things. What makes Apple special is their people and this location has the best bunch. Helpful, courteous, going the extra mile to help.
Kudos!

I am writing this review to express my absolute disappointment and concern over an incident witnessed yesterday afternoon. What I saw was not only unprofessional but completely unjustifiable and frankly, disturbing.
An employee (girl with the blue hair) kicked a young woman out of the store with no explanation, no conversation, and no visible reason. All she did was walk past a family—something we all do in a store. There was no confrontation, no argument, nothing that even remotely warranted removal.
Moments later, I saw this same girl crying in the parking lot. Whether she was humiliated, confused, or scared, it was heartbreaking to see someone treated so coldly and left that shaken. And again—for what?
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects incredibly poorly on the Apple brand. Apple stores are supposed to be inclusive, professional, and welcoming spaces—not places where people can be publicly ejected for simply existing in the wrong place at the wrong time.
