The service itself was good. The only problem I had was the person that set my appointment gave me a price to fix my iPad but when I got to the store, I found out they just trade it in for another one that cost $150 more than the quoted fix price. The young lady that helped me was patient and good at her job.

Staff was amazing! Were so friendly and welcoming made the trip to Apple flow so easily. Jonathan at Apple was the best he was so informative and was professional throughout the consultation!

I had an appointment to have my iPad looked at for a problem. The employee, Ally, was very efficient and knowledgeable at repairing it. Overall I had a great experience. All the employees there gave great customer service.
