I needed a battery for my iPhone and they told me on the phone that they could install one for my phone. I ask them to make sure before I drove for over a hour each way. They told me they could. I get there and they looked at my phone and said, we don’t install batteries for your phone anymore. The batteries are on the apple website for sale but we don’t install them. How dumb is that. Get it together apple summit and stop wasting peoples time. If all calls are recorded then look it up and listen for yourself what I was told. Wasted my whole day.

The service itself was good. The only problem I had was the person that set my appointment gave me a price to fix my iPad but when I got to the store, I found out they just trade it in for another one that cost $150 more than the quoted fix price. The young lady that helped me was patient and good at her job.

Staff was amazing! Were so friendly and welcoming made the trip to Apple flow so easily. Jonathan at Apple was the best he was so informative and was professional throughout the consultation!

I love the Apple Store at The Summit!! It is a pleasant experience every time I have went there. Only had a bad experience once. But the niceness of the staff, cleanliness of the store and the overall feel of the place is top notch. Go during a slower time if you want more in depth service. If they are balls to the wall busy then you aren’t going to get the same service you will when it is slower. When busy it is fast paced and quick. Polite but quicker. Overall this store deserves more than 5 stars

Took my phone in for a new battery. First associate I spoke with was clear in terms of setting expectations. Before turning over my phone, the LAST THING she said to me was that they would check for any additional concerns with the phone while they were changing my battery, and they would check with me first, and get an ok if any additional concerns were found, BEFORE taking action on them. The FIRST THING the associate (different person) said to me when I came to pick up the phone was, "they found something wrong with your screen and they had to replace it". The first thing I said was, "I'm not paying for that". He then said, "No, we did it for free". I then asked him where my glass cover (Bodyguardz/expensive) for the phone was, he asked if I wanted it. I told him yes, and he went to the back, returning with my glass cover which must have been in the trash. Fingerprints, dirt/dust everywhere, plus several small "divots" on the surface. It's now unusable. On the paperwork and receipts from the visit there's no mention of this free $200 screen. There was nothing wrong with the phone/screen at all when I brought it into the store, other than needing a new battery. I believe that they either 1)wrecked the glass cover somehow and made up a story about replacing the screen, or 2) damaged the screen and had to replace it during the course of replacing the battery. Either way, you totally contradicted the last statement of the first associate I dealt with who stated, "we won't do any repair work that you don't ok", not to mention just throwing away a customer's personal property without discussing with them first.

I had an appointment to have my iPad looked at for a problem. The employee, Ally, was very efficient and knowledgeable at repairing it. Overall I had a great experience. All the employees there gave great customer service.

Tech “Nathan” completely forgot about me and everyone else let me sit around until the original guy who helped me got back from his break. They did not solve my issue and their help suggestions to solving it was minimal basically telling me to call customer service after their attempt to reset the phone failed. Wanting to throw this nightmare away and run back to android.

Great experience. I set up an appointment to take my AirPod pros in, and they handled the problem swiftly. I was very pleased with my service. They also have a lot of staff members, so you won’t have to wait around a long time.

Had booked Genius Bar appointment Worst store treatment.Sales reps have zero knowledge about products , the store treatment was kinda racist and rude.Technicians were sort of sound and subtle to deal with.Do not go to reps named Jona and Aly they are least interested to hear the customer questions they just reply anything and try to kick you out of store asap. I am long time customer of Apple and have purchased lots of apple products but this experience sheds light on how the store is being managed.

Wish I could give zero starService was terrible. Did not resolve my doubts and queries. Completely wasted 6 hours of my time. No understanding of products , cannot even explain the solution appropriately. Do not consider any of the associates for proper treatment.

Well it was inevitable... I was riding at about 60 mph on my motorcycle..... when the phone flew off the cell phone holder... cracked the screen and shattered it on the top left corner... made an appointment for Sunday afternoon at 2pm to have it looked at... I had previously tried best buy geek squad.... They would not fix it and told me they had to send it off for the repair... 5-7 business days... so when the nice Apple rep told me to come back in 2 hours I was extremely happy.... Sure enough, came back and it was fixed!!!!The team at this location is spot on with service.... So when I have any Apple related issues... this will be my first stop!!!

Like many others, I would say my experience here was ruined by a somewhat rude manager, Jerrica. The technician who assisted me with my issue was very personable and professional. Although he was limited by a somewhat ridiculous repair warranty, he did do everything within his power. Overall, this negative feedback is in part due to the rude manager, and terrible repair warranty of Apple.

Plenty of beautiful people to help you as soon as you arrived; BUT NOT too pushy like a car salesman ?? had a small issue and our lady helped us quickly and answered some other questions and it was free and we were good to go! Always clean and full of people!

Drove there for an Apple phone issue. The staff were great! 4 stars since our main issue wasn't solved. Make an appointment and stick to it because the store is bananas with customers.

Horrible customer service and overpriced products. Management was rude, and after my wife asked for assistance in purchasing a phone was told buy one of the managers that he would get someone over and then by all appearances ignored her. Overall not impressed and will never get another apple product
