Stopped by the Forestdale branch to make a quick deposit and I sat at the drive-through for 20 minutes. I’ll never be back.

LITERALLY waited in line for 23 minutes. With only one person behind the desk and two people in line. This location should be ashamed of itself.

Great customer service, excellent greeting. Sucks the previous reviews had the experience they had, but as far as 2023 and my first time at this branch, everyone was pleasant, personable with their regulars, and very helpful to me because I was extremely nervous.
