Very old dated motel. Not what we expected. Front office area was very clean. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Elevators are located very inconvenient, no respect for ADA, to get to elevators had to go down multiple steps. Furniture in room was very old and one chair was broken. I would not recommend in the future.

I appreciate having a clean room your mattress is worn out and the sofa was stained it would be nice to have cover slips that can be taken off and laundered. But I was happy overall.

Very run down and outdated furniture in our “suite” on the third floor. Both the sleeper sofa and rolling desk chair were broken and uncomfortable to sit on. We did not experience any problems with cleanliness. The pool was closed, as seems to be the case in so many hotels that we visit in January. The lobby and breakfast area look bright, clean, and modern, but once you get to the room, it’s another story. There is no ADA entrance to the front lobby for guests with mobility challenges. It is a curb without a railing for support. A small ramped entrance at side door D must be used. There are two marked handicapped parking spaces at that door. The elevator is at the very back of the hotel. You must walk down the entire length of first floor hallway to reach the elevator. There is a parking lot exit near that back elevator, but it has three or four steps to climb to reach the parking lot. The gentlemen running the check-in and breakfast room were very pleasant and kind, but were also difficult to understand. I now realize why the room rate was such a great deal.Rooms: Outdated, dreary, requires improved and suitably comfortable furnishings.Nearby activities: Many good restaurant choices nearbyWalkability: Not comfortably or completely ADA compliant. Elevator is located at back of this hotel, an entire hallway distance from front entrance and lobby. No ramp or flat surface to enter at front entrance.Food & drinks: Very nice morning breakfast, well tended and very clean and comfortable dining area. Eggs, sausages, waffles, bread, cereal, fruit, pastry, coffee, juices, milk….all very much appreciated.

Rooms have some age on them. Continental Breakfast could be better. Housekeeping was very friendly and responsive to our needs.

Room has been flooded the electric outlet for the AC is all shattered. The baseboard is all coming loose. The wall mount tv is sitting on the dresser with nothing attached to the wall mount. The handicapped shower slopes to the center of the bathroom floor was impossible to stand safely in the bathroom. Very disappointed in the quality of the room for the price we paid. Hallway smells like skunk as soon as we entered pot party happening too.Rooms: Horrible Unsafe handicapped room period and I never complained before

We are Best Western reward members as well as Marriott platinum elite. When we are in areas where Marriott is not available or the rate is high then BW it is and this is literally the worst stay we have ever had.1) Water damage and mold on the ceiling.2) Not one not two but three random roaches in the room.3) Rooms were uncomfortably hot even when the air was turned on.4) Ants in the shower and on countertopsWE CHANGED ROOMSAnd still it was not up to par.The rooms were clean by the naked eye but not kept up or up to date. The window in the second room barely closed and had ants. The best thing management offered was a 30% off coupon.

Unfortunately, I chose this hotel during a very busy weekend. So, I excused a few mishaps at the start of my stay such as a roach swimming inside of the toilet (strike 1). As I walked towards the window to turn on the air, what do I see...another roach on its back between the bed and window (strike 2). I turned on the air and began to walk back towards the door but before passing the second bed-I see another brown friend on its back (strike 3). My boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for a broom so we could sweep the brown family up but was told they didn't have any brooms. The front desk clerk told him there's a Walmart across the street and he could go there to get one. I was like...WHAT!!! NO BROOM!!! So my son and I started playing soccer with them by kicking the roaches out into the hallway. I was paranoid to continue my stay. I overheard other guests sharing their roach adventures during their stay too. I was charged $590 to stay in a roach infested hotel!!

This is by far the worst hotel my family and I stayed in ever in our life coming in the guy that was behind the desk had a major attitude then when we got our rooms we had to battle roaches so I went back to the front desk they said they didn't have a broom for us to get up the roaches then they had the nerves to say you can go to the Walmart to get a broom and Bug spray and I was like omg wow ok thats ghetto but ok then every 9 to 12 hours our keys stop working so we had to keep going back and forth to the front desk and now days later it's check out time they got this rule that they need to tell people at check in that when it time to leave they have to check on the rooms before check out and the 100 dollar deposit will take 15 days to get backRooms: Nasty and roach infestationSafety: To many roaches

THE WORST STAY EVER! ? ? This is my Last stay with Best Western. I have been a member for years and now , I'm done. This room is the last straw. Standing water on the floor. When I wiped up the water, the floor was EXTREMELY DIRTY. Looks like dry skin on and in between sofa. The entire floor is Sticky. The iron is broken. Walls are scared. Chair has some dried up substance on it. Looks like mold on baseboard. Door hard to close and damage near door knob. Ants is bed. Paint on floor and tile cracked. Some lights were without bulbs ?. The bathroom was very clean.I asked the cashier to come see the room. Neither one wanted to see. They asked if I wanted another room. I said no because you can't guarantee me the other room is better. They just said, "Did you take pictures?" I said yes. Well you can talk to the manager in the morning. WHAT! My room is less than 20 ft from the front desk. You want me to talk to the manager in the morning. That will not happen. I am so done! Why don't companies care anymore ?? Bye-bye Best Western.Rooms: HORRIBLE !

If you’re looking for a place to get some sleep and take a shower, keep driving and do not stop here! Their rooms are disgusting with holes in drywall everywhere. Their showers don’t have running hot water and bathrooms are tiny. If you love the smell of weed you’re in luck! The entire room smells like that when you walk in. To summarize, I would save your money and go somewhere else.

Pool closes at 9 pm. Breakfast closes at 9 am. And there's no extension for checkout timing. It is straight up 11 am. When traveling with kids, we need pools to be open until 10 pm, breakfast until 10 am. And a checkout extension of noon. That was not the case here. ?
