The staff provides a high level of genuine and honest customer service, treating regulars like family. There is so much more than just bowling here, as people often come just to hangout. The lanes are considered the best maintained in Birmingham. However, some find it kind of expensive, with high prices for refreshments and seating considered sub par. Some operational aspects, like bumper controls for the entire game instead of per bowler, can be a drawback. The management team works hard, but the location could benefit from more weekend staff during the day to help with being short staffed at times. Despite any ups and downs, the team keeps a smile on their faces, striving to make everyone's experience the best it can be.
Really good face-lift from Brunswick Riverview lanes. Enjoyed it. Very clean. Gaming area was surrounded with kids. Recommend.

Kind of expensive when considering the seating is sub par and bumper controls are for the entire game instead of individual bowlers. They wanted to charge for my 2 year old to bowl 🤣. We still had a great time
