Went with 3 of my grand children and they loved it. The guy who helped them through the process really was spot on . He was so kind and helpful in every way. I would take them back again and hope he is working.

The staff was really great. They were out of voice chips, so thst was a disappointment. I also didn't like the process/policy change of not being able to get the certificates. If not for the great staff, probably would've given would've less stars.
