“I loved my experience at this Build a Bear. I already felt emotional having to bring my bear I made when my mom passed to get the sound replaced. When I made the bear at a different location I did not have a good experience so I was anxious this time around. Kinsley at the Hoover location was so helpful, so enthusiastic, sweet, and kind. She helped me record the sound without background noise as soon as she could open the store and she was super sweet during the process of getting my bear stitched back up. I could tell she loves her job and is great at it. Really happy with this experience that I was so emotional and anxious for.”
