Have always had a 5 star association with Schwab. Having End of life decisions dropped in my lap today and only try to get a specific Broker who was up on what I was already doing, and a ms. Gibbs was so very unknowing ,Obtuse And Rude I almost had a Stroke. Worst call to Schwab in 20 years, no EVER.

I, my wife and my daughter have been to this branch on multiple occasions. Separately I might add. Everyone of us has been treated respectfully and professionally. Reading the reviews I wonder if some present with preconceived notions as to how they are going to be treated.
