“If I could give this place a 6 star review I would. Leo is an absolutely amazing guy and I highly recommend him if you’re having PC issues. I brought my pc in on Friday April 12th 2024 with multiple problems that I couldn’t figure out. Games crashing, disconnecting from the internet, apps crashing you name it. He gave me a call THE NEXT DAY, saying he had narrowed the issue down to either the cpu or ssd being bad but needed to run some more tests. Again THE NEXT DAY he called back saying he had figured out that my cpu was faulty went out of his way to try and get it warranty’d. He replaced the cpu and it good as new. The whole thing took 3 days. If he sees this I want him to know that Parker Farris is forever grateful for him and I can’t thank him enough for his help. If you hear any bad things about this place or Leo it’s not true he saved my pc and saved me over $2000 from buying a new one. Thank you again Mr Leo!”

“Jonathan A was our tv sales associate. He gets salesperson of the year award!!! Introduced himself, asked our name. Took us right to some tvs we might consider. Asked what room tv was for & how much light. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the difference between models of the same name brand & other brands. I told another customer to wait until we were through and let him help them which they did, so he got 2 sales. BB should clone him because he is a very dedicated & knowledgeable employee.
Quite frankly he was so nice & knows his stuff so well, I was afraid I would buy a 2nd tv to replace 1 that doesn't need replacing.

“I visited to used the self service printers to print some material. Once printed I needed to have them cut. Kayla was fantastic. She's a great multitasker helping others while assisting me without missing a beat. I even told her that she didn't have to put much efforts into the cuts because they were only going to be used temporarily but she still went and above and beyond to make sure that the cuts were perfect. I can truly appreciate her and the effort that she puts forth.”
