We lived here for two years and absolutely loved it! Only leaving because we’re moving out of state. It’s a very welcoming and quiet community, staff is very kind and it’s a safe area. Loved our time here and will miss it!

I have been here since March of 2023 (different units). I love everything about Crowne at Grandview. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Never had a problem with maintenance or getting questions answered. Noise is not an issue after hours. There are monthly gatherings for tenants. It’s a great place to live.

Every thing has been pretty good except I have to kill 20+ gnats every day. I've sprayed the place, I keep the place clean and I still see gnats fly in my face every day , all day. Getting really tired of it.
