Check in was smooth and quick the lady who checked me in was very polite and reasonably professional about my service animal. The room and outside had character and my room was clean and odor free.

The ice machine is broken and vending machine empty or unplugged rooms are pretty decent and clean if you miss the maid service and need towels make sure you do it before 3pm otherwise you are out of luck on getting clean linens or towels the room we had the TV was smaller than most hotel TVs
