I have been working out at this location and the liberty park location for almost years. The workouts push and challenge me and I love the diversity of the classes. I have definitely seen improvement in my endurance and strength. The staff is friendly to approach and encourage me to strive harder. Plus the gym just got a brand head coach and she is amazing, I am looking forward to working with her more!

Great gym. Workouts are solid. People are friendly. Schedule is all day. 5am classes to 5:45pm classes. Trainers are excellent. Concentrate on form, protect from injury and get results. Management listens to their customers. I have been there several years now and have had a great experience. Lost the Covid 20 and even ran my first half marathon last year. Try it out!

Not welcoming, not friendly. Erratic workouts with very uninvolved coaching. Hard to gauge progress and hard to feel like you truly did things right or just flailed around. 1980s gym mentality with trying to lock you into a multi month contract. Orangetheory is wayyyy better. I don’t think anyone even interacted with me during a month of belonging here.

I was a member here for almost 3 years, and the workouts are great, but the trainers are fatphobic and cliquey AF. Not particularly friendly or welcoming. I let my membership lapse during the pandemic but tried to come back after being told that I’d get the support I needed this time around. Hard Nope. Joined the 8 week challenge, and at the end of the 8 weeks, my results were apparently bad enough for me to be fat-shamed by their trainer, Eric. Aaaand, then they continued to ignore my calls and emails as I attempted to cancel my membership. But hey, at least they were ALSO expensive!

Enjoyed my time at F45. However, the staff is hard to reach unless you physically come by. Not the most responsive by phone or email. The workouts are a good challenge, but not much of the coaching staff actively coaches or encourages during the workout. They could also be more mindful about providing alternative exercises for those of different fitness levels and those with nagging injuries. The pricing is slightly better than most comparable programs in the area, but you do have to commit to multi-month contract.

Ridiculously unfriendly and unwelcoming. Workouts are disjointed and spastic. Can’t get a hold of anyone here during business hours. They try locking you into expensive and outdated contracts like it’s 1997. Too many options. Prob will be out of business soon.

Visiting town and signed up for a couple of packs. Great classes and the whole team are really helpful sorting sign ups and bookings etc. Would highly recommend this location.Thanks for having us!

I was really excited to join F45, starting with signing myself and a friend up for an eight-week challenge. I called F45 (multiple times over several days) and left a voicemail as well as DM-ed the gym on Instagram (as their Instagram says to do). I never heard back via either. There was no way to sign-up for the challenge, or even a monthly membership, on the website at the time. I’m not sure how I could join/sign-up considering no one ever responded. This was a very disappointing experience and, honestly, turned me off from F45.

F45 successfully created an environment where you can work REALLY hard, explore a variety of movements, and have an awesome time while doing it.

I only went here once because it was much more intense than I thought. Great experience ,even when I was gassing out the trainers were there making sure I was okay, handing me water and even modifying the workout helping me power through til the end. I definitely will try again when I have more endurance.

I've done everything from yoga and Pilates to CrossFit over the last 15 years and F45 is by far the best workout I've found. It's changed my body without injury and the community it's provided has been phenomenal. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for true change!
