Forever 21 is a great place with a wide variety of cute outfits and accessories to choose from. The clothing is absolutely fantastic. However, the store can be in disarray, especially with new shipments. Customer service is decent but the staff can seem moody or understaffed, with a lack of friendly greetings or assistance while browsing. The experience can vary, as some service is a great example of how shopping should be, while at other times you don't get any help.
Great place when you want to piece a cute fit together plus a wide variety of accessories! They offer SHEIN returns if you have already initiated your own refund with SHEIN. Their customer service is decent, but they really under staffed! You definitely don’t get any friendly greetings or assistance while browsing.

Very unorganized and hot in the store. They did manage to get my SHEIN return done, just took about an hour to complete it. Clothes from F 21 are pretty low quality and don’t expect to get more than a few wears out of them! For the money you can find so much better clothing!
