“Since we are from out of town, we only visit when we go to UAB. Initially a window display lured my husband in to get a product he had been looking for at the big box stores with no luck. We ended up coming out with 8 items, several of which he had been looking for for a good while. Great experience with all the products we bought when we visited! They have products that you can only find in an old time hardware store. We also called several months after our last visit with questions about reorder on a product we were especially happy with that no one offered locally. They checked to see if another was in stock. Said they were out, but would order for us and took our name & number to call when it comes in! Thanks for the great customer service in person & over the phone!!! We will be back again when we are in B'ham!”
“We had an extremely bad experience at a nearby store, so we came to this location instead. We were so happy we did. The experience was absolutely wonderful. They had the item in stock just as promised, we were able to make our purchase quickly, and they brought it out to our car on a nice lift and placed it in the back without any issues whatsoever. Cannot recommend this store enough. They will get all of our business from now on.”

“I went to the Harbor Freight Tools in Pelham, AL. to buy a few special tools to change the plugs and the brakes on my Prius. The minute I walked into the store an employee greeted me and stated if I needed any help all I had to do was ask. Well there was one tool I couldn't find so I asked and the employee walked directly to it. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.”
