I really dislike getting blood work done and after fainting the past few times in office my doctor sent me to 2nd floor lab and my experience was great. J was quick, gentle and calm which made all the difference.

These people messed up my billing somehow. I did blood work on 1/2/2025 and received bill on 7/30/25!!!!!! I was told that it's at no charge at all!!!!! I swear they are scammers. No way this is a professional setting.

Suddenly received a bill for services rendered 15 months ago. When I called, the rep told me that the delay was due to a security problem - their accounts were hacked last year.
