Flexible and fast communication. First apartment had some issues so better to do visit before moving in. The 7 days you have to change is very useful

Landing manager Aphiena and host (Daniel) have made the moving process a lot easier. Aphiena is extremely responsive and informative. I recommend this for those who are looking for short term rentals with all utilities included.
