About Max Transit

Max Transit is a typical public transportation service with reasonable rates. The buses are very clean and usually not crowded. The staff and bus drivers are friendly, kind, helpful, and work very hard to keep passengers safe and get them to their destinations. The station is top notch with extremely clean bathrooms and security is on point. While the service is excellent and many are grateful for it, the buses can sometimes be late. It is noted that asking drivers for route information can be better than calling the help number. Overall, it is an affordable and valuable service for the community.

    Some of the drivers are really nice. You would do better asking them about route information versus calling the help number.

    The bus drivers work very hard, they don't get to many breaks yet they are very friendly, kind, and work hard every day and they keep us safe and to our destinations.I'm very greatful for Max. Y'all do an excellent job!
