“I've ridden with Loving Care Transportation Service seven times, and I cannot be happier with the service! The driver is absolutely sweet, kind, and so helpful. I consistently reach all my appointments on time, and the return wait time is much better than Birmingham Transit Company. I wish I could use this service more, especially for my five-year-old's school functions or just for some fun outings, considering bus rides can be a bit pricey. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend anyone to ride with them.”

“Max VIP service has made a big difference in my life and has made changes to improve their service. I went to this location to deliver a package a wedding gift for Sandra Lee one of my favorite drivers and I had extreme difficulty with contacting someone but after about 15 to 20 minutes a supervisor drove up in a white van and he assisted me and a young man by the name of Al came out to pick up the wedding gift. Both the guys very kind and courteous and promise me that Sandra Lee would get her gift. I am so happy about the courteous service I received in the past 2 years and the major improvements that they've made in my favor since I am 100% disabled. They are not perfect but have certainly made a lot of good changes for their passengers. I am added this as of 9/12 19. Thank you Kenny,Ms Fort and Ms Pittman for all the hard that you do every day to ensure my safety while providing transportation for the Handicap/disable.I hope & pray that all your drivers continue to have good customer service skills.I try to keep in mind that some people are a natural like those names mentioned above. While I keep in mind that they don't work for me and every one is not going to meet my standards.Thank you for retraining those who need improvement on there customer service skills.The cameras on the max VIP buses are only there to protect the drivers.It does not matter what the drivers do to the passengers they will always keep their jobs because they are in a union.Oh the mgrs will repeatedly apologize and that's it.One driver repeatedly slammed into multiple railroad tracks at an excessively high speed I am still dealing with the shoulder pain and going to physical therapy and management want to get you off of the phone as quickly as possible. The pain is like a nagging toothache the pain is sometimes more severe than others. I pray to God that I don't have to have surgery on my shoulder.This door to door service for people that are disable provide buses that have no shocks.The driver never asked if I was ok. This happen on Aug 9th 2019. On May 9th 2018 I was dropped off on 6 Av so when I was to be dropped on 6 av no. When I called I was told to walk it can you believe that I called yellow cab for $6.00 with no reimbursement. They verbally attack you as though you are a dog. And all you ever gonna get from mgm is i'm sorry. One driver called me the B word when he was a recklessly driving at slow speed. There is much more.”

“The Miami Springs and the Birmingham, AL bus stations were very clean and secure. The workers there were helpful.
The Atlanta, GA. bus station was very nasty and crowded. The bathrooms were extremely nasty and the workers and security people were very hateful. Did not feel secure in Atlanta at all. rude.”
