The buses isn't the issue it's the station, security is terrible. People yell at each other security guard yell at them to stop don't really break it up. PEOPLE ARE PEEING BEHIND THE COKE MACHINES!!! Not one guard stopped them. People do what they want.... Not one guard in sight. Unsafe

Stupid bus driver skipped station again.
Route 31 on 10:43 drove out of track and skipped about 10 stations.
It just turned to Highway 280 right before my station, and 4 people just missed the bus.
Call center never answered for 3 times for 5 minutes for each call.

Some of the drivers are really nice. You would do better asking them about route information versus calling the help number.

The bus drivers work very hard, they don't get to many breaks yet they are very friendly, kind, and work hard every day and they keep us safe and to our destinations.I'm very greatful for Max. Y'all do an excellent job!

6 hours to cross town from the truck stop to the shopping center. Wanted to save money and get a day pass, but I ended up with a day pass and an Uber bill. There's hardly any pedestrian infrastructure beyond downtown in this city, so the bus is just taking me to my peril anyway. So much for paying into property taxes by buying things here. Not sure what the tax money is even for.

Absolutely wild system they have. Operators will tell you a stop doesn't exist, but you can see it in their app and Google maps.Drivers will blow right past you if they don't want to stop or are running late enough.Maxx gets WORSE every year. Less routes, less stops, less drivers, but increased ridership.. go figure.

Very clean. Usually not a lot of people. Staff can answer questions easily. Don't really need an ID to go anywhere even though the website says you do.

With my car being out of commission I use the bus to get where I need to go but unfortunately the drivers do not follow schedule and are ALWAYS LATE!
