“The phlebotomists here were so incredibly kind, I wish I could remember their names. The main phlebotomist was so good and got access to my vein so quickly and painlessly. Unfortunately, I have a reaction to blood draws that makes me sick to my stomach, but she and her coworker took great care of me until I felt better. I appreciate them both so much!”

Not once was I rushed or felt they were upset because I came in right before their lunch break. They were awesome, and to the tech who got my blood on the first stuck kudos ? to you because I am a known hard stick... the office was neat clean and organized. I will definitely come back here for my future needs.”

“I see that this office doesn't get very good reviews, so I just wanted to share my positive experience I had today. I spoke with TJ in the billing department about a call I received from a collection agency for a past due bill from 2023 that I was not aware of. Upon discussing it and realizing it was a discrepancy with a coding issue on lab work that was sent to my insurance company twice (I had reached out after receiving bills twice back in 2023), TJ was happy to assist in correcting this. With everything we discussed, he was polite and attentive and willing to listen and help any way he could. We were able to get the matter resolved and he assured me that the amount would be taken out of collections. I just really appreciated the way he helped and handled the situation.”
