I am currently 2 months postpartum and wanted to find a low impact workout that focuses on building core strength, and MPower is just that. I really enjoy the pace of the class, the instructors are kind and encouraging especially for beginners, and the actual exercise moves are different than what I could do on my own at home. I highly suggest giving MPower a try!

I absolutely love pilates! I have a heart condition but am still consider myself and athlete and have to be aware of what my heart rate is doing! pilates takes all that stress off! I don’t worry about my heart rate and i can feel my muscles building! I would recommend pilates to everyone! the only down side is you have to stay on top of the classes to get in one.

I have absolutely loved my first 2 weeks of MPower! I am new to the mega former and everyone has been so helpful. I feel like I get better each class and always look forward to returning!

I have absolutely loved every single class I have taken at MPower Pilates! Each instructor has been so patient and so willing to teach even in the midst of a big class. I started pilates so that I could gain strength. Not only have I gained physical strength through the work outs, but the instructors have taught mental strength as well! I couldn’t love it more and I have told all my friends and family to try it!Thank you for such a new way to heal my body!

One of the hardest strength workouts I’ve done that completely uses body weight alone. After just one month, my core is noticeably stronger, back pain is less, and I can finally get down on the floor to play with my 7mo and 3y old without issues!

Always a rewarding workout - every instructor is very helpful and encouraging. Strength, balance and tension along with core are all main points each class works on. I can tell I have gotten stronger after taking 15 classes.

Working out has never been my favorite part of the day until I found MPower! My instructor is always so supportive and encouraging. MPower is a 5 star facility!

So far, I really love it here! I am still trying to adjust, but so far so good. The instructors are great, and there is no feelings of competition when you are attending a class. I have not been to cycle yet, but my plan is to attend at least once. My favorite part is that when you are new to the club, they give you promotional offers, just to experience what it would be like if you were to join full time. Definitely a win in my book, when you are trying to figure out what gym and/or workout activity you are wanting to do.

Mpower Pilates is a great facility. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The mega reformer is an incredible workout. The instructors are very mindful of being sure that exercisers are done correctly so your work out is effective. Mary, Whitney and Erin have been very supportive.
