I bought two new tires and though they were expensive, Pep Boys manager , Jen was very nice and very helpful . Great experience for me.

I did not have a very good initial service for the money I paid to have hoses replaced, but I’m giving 4 stars because the store Manager, Jenn was very polite and very empathetic when she heard that the repair was not done correctly. They did fix it and she was very apologetic and handled the situation appropriately.
