Dana and Jasmine were both wonderful!! Dana had a lot of knowledge being in the storage business for a long time. Jasmine showed me to my unit and told me all of the safety features of the property. Customer service was amazing and I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!

Great service offered by Queen! She was friendly and professional. Her thoroughness helped me find the best unit size/price/plan for me. I am a stickler for giving kudos to businesses but it's definitely the people who makes your establishment shine. We were given top notch service by a young lady name Jamella. Her attitude and personality was very warm while handling the business at hand. If I ever need or hear someone needing a storage facility on the Westside I truly recommend PUBLIC STORAGE - Oxmoor Road.
