Regions Bank is a full-service provider in the Birmingham, AL area. Money feels secure and safe, easily accessible. The staff could improve overall service with early eye contact and a word to customers waiting in line explaining delay and need to complete some process. Great customer service and friendly professional help for notarized need.
My banking experience at the Trace Crossings Regions was very good. I was greeted promptly and my banking request was taken care of with efficiency and a smile. Regions is an exceptional bank. I usually bank at Regions on Morgan Rd and will continue to be a very satisfied customer

Not my favorite location in Hoover. The Sams location personal seem much more helpfull.
