I would have to say this was a pleasant visit today. Me and my wife went in to set up an account and the staff was the most friendly and helpful. The banker that helped us set up our account was in training and if she had a question the other managers were there quick with an answer. I enjoyed that they wanted to know more about us financially to see what would benefit us in our future. I look forward to spending many years to come with this branch. Thank you again to the helpful friendly staff.

I bank here often and have found all of the employees to be very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for more from them. I did ask about an ATM and was told that they applied to put one in, but it was not approved by the city.

The Branch Manager refused to notorize legal documents for me. I have banked at Regions for a long time and I have never had this issue. There is no excuse for ignorance, especially from the branch manager! A bank should encourage business...not hinder it.

No bad bank. Its takes an hour for their customer service to answer. And some branches have bad customer service.

I've sat here for a hr in line to get change and deposit money for my company. They only have 2 employees and won't open the lobby. This is ridiculous

As of writing, Regions Bank is the only major banking institution in Tarrant. Unfortunately, that means that they have a bit of a monopoly in the area and it shows.Every time I interact with this branch I'm often left wandering in my thoughts as I wait upwards of 20 minutes in a 3-person line for the 1 teller working on a Monday evening. Maybe it's a lack of funding for this particular branch, but they simply do not have enough tellers working there when needed, causing people to flat out leave in line after standing for almost half an hour.When I do eventually get to the teller though, I'm almost always referred to the manager. I've never had a bad experience speaking with them and they have gone above and beyond in some cases to help me with a complex issue.That aside, the bank also features a drive-through teller which is almost always faster than going inside the building. I don't bank with Regions anymore, but I hope they can get things sorted here. Maybe a bit of banking competition would be the driving force they need to step it up.

Regions Bank in Tarrant is awful they have no ATM and wait before Christmas they have one person working the inside is closed only drive-thru in the outside window good outside in line for almost 30 minutes to cash my check

Worst service ever.. I deposited 620.00 into the atm machine it didn’t count my money or give me a Receipt. I reported the problem to the manager at the 3rd Ave branch it’s been three months and I still haven’t heard anything from them and I still don’t have my money..
