I bank here often and have found all of the employees to be very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for more from them. I did ask about an ATM and was told that they applied to put one in, but it was not approved by the city.

The Branch Manager refused to notorize legal documents for me. I have banked at Regions for a long time and I have never had this issue. There is no excuse for ignorance, especially from the branch manager! A bank should encourage business...not hinder it.

No bad bank. Its takes an hour for their customer service to answer. And some branches have bad customer service.
