Out of paper towels at all 16 paper towel holders @ windshield washing stations.
Pump 15 out of paper roll for receipt. This seems to be a constant problem at this station.

I posted a review a few months back that should have warranted the owner's attention. Didn't even get a reply. Very sad. Still will never go back after my previous experience and obvious apathy from the owner/management. What a shame.
